About
Human Authority Architecture™ exists because AI governance requires more than policy, it requires architecture.
Founder
Shauna Stowers founded Human Authority Architecture after recognizing a structural problem that policy alone cannot solve: organizations are adopting AI faster than they can govern it, and the result is invisible authority erosion, decisions shifting to algorithms without anyone mapping who's still in charge.
She designed HAA as an architecture, not a policy framework, because governance that cannot survive operational pressure, personnel change, and technology evolution was never governance to begin with.
Her approach combines systems thinking, structural design, and a deep conviction that the most consequential organizational decisions must remain under human authority, not because machines aren't capable, but because accountability requires a human owner.
"The machine is powerful. The human is in charge."
Designs governance as structural architecture, durable, auditable, and resistant to drift. Every HAA artifact is built to outlast the toolset it governs.
Every engagement is led directly by the founder. No handoffs to junior consultants. The person who designed the framework is the person in the room.
HAA is proprietary intellectual property, a licensable governance system, not a generic consulting methodology. The framework has structural depth because it was built to be licensed, not just delivered.
The Firm
Human Authority Architecture is a division of Olive on Main Design Studio, LLC, a design firm built to house the HAA framework, its training curriculum, and its licensing infrastructure.
Direct engagement with organizations to map, design, and deploy AI governance architecture through the SEE → SPOT → RUN methodology.
Three-track training architecture, Internal Team, Consultant, and Licensee, ensuring consistent, high-fidelity delivery of the HAA framework.
Enterprise licensing of the complete HAA system, framework, artifacts, methodology, and training, for organizations that need governance at scale.
Philosophy
This is not a tagline. It is the structural commitment that governs everything HAA builds.
AI capability is accelerating. That acceleration is valuable. But capability without governance is exposure. Speed without authority is drift. And drift, left unmapped, becomes the operating norm, until something breaks and no one can trace who was supposed to be in charge.
HAA exists to ensure that as machines become more capable, the humans responsible for consequential decisions remain structurally in charge, with visible authority, documented accountability, and enforceable governance controls.
"Speed is not the question. Authority is. Where judgment remains human, leadership stands."
